Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of sanyrahealth.com (the "Site") and any advisory, coaching, or consultation services (the "Services") booked through the Site. The Site and the Services are operated by Sanyra Inc., doing business as Sanyra Health ("Sanyra," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book a session.

Sanyra provides one-to-one professional development and leadership advisory sessions for students, trainees, and early-career professionals pursuing careers in healthcare. Sessions are offered in three formats:

Introductory Conversation — complimentary, 15 minutes.

One-time Advisory — a flat price of $145 USD for a 45-minute session.

Ongoing Advisory Series — a flat price of $420 USD for four sessions.

All prices are stated in United States dollars and are the total price for the session or series. Prices may change from time to time; the price displayed at the time of your booking is the price that applies to that booking.

Sessions are booked through the booking flow on the Site. Paid sessions are billed in full, in USD, at the time of booking through our secure third-party payment processor. Your booking is confirmed only after your payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking, including your name, email address, and any background details you choose to share so that sessions can be prepared around your goals.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please email ridhima@sanyrahealth.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made with at least 24 hours' notice will be accommodated where possible.

Sessions missed without prior notice may be forfeited. Because paid sessions reserve dedicated time, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion; sessions already delivered are non-refundable. For the Ongoing Advisory Series, individual sessions are scheduled with you in advance and are subject to the same notice period.

The Services are educational and advisory in nature. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, immigration, or other licensed professional advice, and they are not a substitute for care or counsel from a licensed professional.

Sanyra does not guarantee any particular outcome, including admission to any program, employment, promotion, certification, or any other personal or professional result. Any decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

The Services are intended for individuals aged 16 or older. If you are under 18, you may book a session only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who also agrees to these Terms.

The content of your sessions, including your background, goals, and anything you share during a session, is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the Services (for example, scheduling or payment processing).

You acknowledge that a coaching or advisory relationship is not a legally privileged relationship. Sessions may not be recorded, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service, including cancelling future sessions, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or that a booking is being made for an improper purpose.

The Site, including its text, design, logo, and other materials, is owned by Sanyra Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

Materials, frameworks, or notes shared with you during a session are provided for your personal, non-commercial use in developing your own career. You retain ownership of the personal information and materials you share with us.

The Site and the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanyra Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of opportunity, profits, or anticipated benefits, arising from or relating to the Site or the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the session or series giving rise to the claim.

Payments on the Site are processed by a third-party payment provider, and your payment information is handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy. The Site may also link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, prepare for and deliver sessions, process payments, and improve the Site. Information you submit through the Site is used for these purposes and is not sold. If you have questions about the information we hold about you, contact ridhima@sanyrahealth.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date. Material changes that affect existing bookings will be communicated where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
